Shipping policy

Delivery times

US orders usually arrive 5 to 10 business days from the time you place the order. That estimate covers everything, including the time it takes us to pick, pack and dispatch it. We don't process or ship on weekends or public holidays.

International orders take at least 2 weeks door to door, and often longer. Customs clearance is the usual reason, and it's not something we can speed up or predict.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the timing is out of our hands.

If something in your order is delayed or out of stock, we'll email you and let you know what we're doing about it.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where the order is going and what's in it. You'll see the cost before you pay.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. It can take a day or two for the tracking to start updating, so don't worry if it looks stuck at first.

If it's been more than 10 business days since you got your tracking number and nothing has moved, email us at info@exactlywhattosay.com and we'll chase it.

Customs, duties and taxes

We ship from the United States. Orders going anywhere else may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees. These are set by the destination country and aren't included in what you pay us. You're responsible for them, and we can't tell you in advance what they'll be.

If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, we can't refund the shipping cost.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address before you place the order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll get in touch to arrange a re-send, but you'll need to cover the cost of shipping it again.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the item and the packaging and contact us. See our returns policy for what happens next.

If a parcel goes missing in transit, email us and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
